My name is Chase Sanford, and I started Sanford Residential Services to bring real construction experience to property owners who need reliable turnover work done right.

I spent over 10 years working in residential construction in Pennsylvania from new construction to small repairs. I’ve done it all, and I do it myself. As a property owner myself I understand what needs to be done not only to make the property look good for the next tenant or buyer, but to ensure the long term health of the property.

Sanford Residential Services is a one-person operation right now and that’s intentional. When you hire us, you get me. Not a crew I’ve never worked with. Not a subcontractor I can’t vouch for. Me.
